Message: Well I have decided to go with the Flowaster exhaust. Series 50 single in dual out with 3" chrome tips out the rear. Also plannin to take the old filter box out and add a 3" piece of exhaust tubing and a new K&N filter. Also heard the I need to take the rubber flap out near radiator. Heard alot of guys talk of using PVC. Isn't it a lil to hot undeer there for PVC, am I doing the right thing using stainless exhaust tubing??? Was planning on leaving the stock hose there and just adding the exhaust piece as a joint between the filter and the hose. Any Tips or suggestions would be appreciated......

Optimal tubing would be aliminum...but the 3" steel or PVC work just fine under the hood. (It's not that hot.)

Message: One thing to keep in mind is how well the material you use conducts heat.
