My friends and family would make fun of me if I had that manifold on my truck.

Is it for some coustom hotrod or what?

Whats with the TB on top? I guess it wouldn't matter what TB you use once you change the manifold though.

I agree though...its kinda...tall.

Nope, no info, no nothing. KRC just has an image on their site.

It's pretty much a tunnel ram. Only thing missing the the bug catcher.

There is a reason why I don't post pictures until I am ready Mike, I am really concerned you guessed the the files names and showed the world. I released one picture for a reason, incomplete work, and not having to tell everyone over and over whats progressing. My fault for not thinking ahead. But the damage is done and the the word is out.

13 to 1 Ross coated pistons, Proto heads, hollow stem valves, Suzuki pro bike springs, ARP hardware, Oliver rods, custom cams, Wilson Manifolds wet direct port NOS, Haltech ECU with dual Coil packs, Wilson manifolds 4bbl throttle body, custom built headers, SMR SFI built 904 w/trans brake, SMR 6500 converter, Chris Alston 4 link rear with 5.57, and 3000lbs prepped Dakota. Very similar to Pat Story's 9.42 truck, but with less convertor/ gears and motor. That was the first manifold with a flat plate inside and 1/4" corrections for the end runners of each head. On motor alone the truck will run 10.7-10.8 with 8000rpm shift points. It will be in Houston next to our booth and running for the weekend in October. Later...

Sorry guys, my apologies. I ASSumed it wouldn't make much of a difference since it was the same picture you posted on your web page, just from different angles. *shrug*

I'm not at the right machine to take those pics down, but I can do it later today.

To be blunt, I'm not sure what damage you are talking about. It's been a long time since the 4.7 crowd has seen a new product other than, yet, another set of headers. To finally see some development on our engine taken somewhere excites people.

We've seen "we're developing (fill in the blank) right now" for a long time. We have to wonder what's going on! Or we just completely forget..

To believe that people love surprise products that jump right out at them from the dark it completly wrong. I, and most others, really like a nice page with constant updates. And no, your secrets getting out is rarely a concern.

Here's a good example:
Vorshlag Motorsports

I've been following these guy's page for weeks, because I know they're working hard on it. They upate the page every week or two and add photos.

Again, my apologies about release of your photos.

Not upset Mike, just concerned. I will have better pictures soon as Beekota's brother finishes up the new one, you can keep the huge meg picts. The damage is that everyone was expecting me to show up in Houston with a 408 not this. Cats out..no biggie.
Later!

Mike, you are 100% correct. I was really
excited seeing this intake. Us 4.7 guys don't
have much to get excited about. But, I would
like to see a manifold that we can buy and run
on the street. Marty is the only guy spending
time and money on our motors. I hope he can
come up with a marketable street manifold to
sell.

That is nothing you can drop on a stock 4.7, that is for sure!!!

Nice to see a 4.7 built to the hilt tho!

Ford used a N/A 5.4 liter in a Cobra-R that one year. It had some velocity stack on it and some diff heads. Was making 400 HP. I think the bottom end was stock.

Of course the 4.7 set up above doesn;t look like a daily driver either LOL! That's for those who have a 2WD RC and want to compete in some serious street drags!

I want to hear that thing run 8k RPM's!!!!! Bad ass!
The most I've had was a Ford 302 that did 7k RPM's. It was a daily driver that got it's attention from the lopey idle to the screaming 7K R's :-)
