 Subject: Windshield Rattling When Cold

Hey guys, generally only when it's cold I get a fast rattle, or vibration coming from the base of the windshield when I'm going over hard dirt or sometimes if I hit a slight bump in the road. I don't know how else to describe it other than a buzzing noise. It's a GenIII (03 QC 4x4). I don't know what is causing it but it's annoying as it gets! Any suggestions?

i cant imagine its the windshield bu check the dash to see if its loose, It will expand and shrink in cold causing some strange sounds.

Here it is cold again and my little windshield rattle is back! I'm pretty sure it's the plastic shroud on the bottom of the windshield outside. Anyone else ever have this problem and come up with a way to tighten the shroud to quiet it down a bit?
