Subject: Awesome Buy on Bilstein shocks IP: Logged
Message: I recently finished a post, subject, Shock test drive. The shocks I chose after all was done were Bilsteins. They were purchased from eshocks.com AKA Don's Sport Vehicle Sales (64.95 ea shipped). After veiwing a post on this forum from Randy Morley stating that maximumautoparts.com had these shocks on sale ($46.22 ea. shipped mind you)I thought I better check the model numbers out and give both Companies a call. Yes in fact they were the same. Paul at eshocks was a great guy. Their website invites you to call them if you see a better price and they want to know about it.
As we all know this is usally followed up with some sort of blow off. Not the case here. Paul told me that at that price with shipping he would be loosing money. Go ahead and return them if it checked out. I can respect that and can honestly say I would do business with them in the future. Price is a factor and a business can't win them all but tomorrows business is earned by how you treat your customers each and every day win, loose or draw.
I would also like to personally thank Randy Morley for what I consider a $74.92 christmass present.

Message: I just ordered a full set of Rancho RS5000 (RS5029 for the front and RS5248 for the rear) for my 2001 QC 4X4.
After shopping around I found them for $36.95 with free shipping.
The site was www.driverfx.com
Seems like another good deal.
