Message: Who needs a winter project ? Notchback with ralley dash (150 mph speedo), solid frame, with subframe connecters, 3.23 8.25 sure grip, console auto, power front disc brake conversion, polygraphite front suspension, solid front fenders (don't have the usual rot where they meet the hood), large bolt pattern ralley wheels with good radials. Recored three row radiator, 2.5" dual exhaust. '70s 318, needs a little work to run (holed a header, dry rotting fuel line and flooding Edelbrock carb). Have spare set Hooker super comp headers, 2 extra sets of doors, lots of other spare parts including 15x8 police rims. Can e-mail pictures (sorry, don't know how to post). Located in western Mass. This car deserves two fresh rear quarters and a built 360. Asking $3000.

Message: What about the interior? The interior will be 'Really' expensive to repair/replace.
I also noticed there is no info on the glass either. The rear window is one expensive bitch to replace if there is anything wrong with it.

Message: Are you thinking of a fastback, worrying about the rear glass ? This is a notchback. All glass is intact. Some scrape marks where someone scraped a sticker off the back glass. Quarter sized hole in headliner by the mirror. Could use a new carpet, rear seat and deck are very nice. I don't think the front high back buckets are original, and drivers seat is worn. Console has some pitting. Like I said, its a project; at almost 1000 lbs lighter than a Dak, it could really be made to rip. Did you want pictures or are you just heckling ?

Message: No I wasn't heckling. I was just curious. I have owned several old mopars in the family and was interested in it.
And I am willing to bet its much lighter than my Dakota considering how much stuff I have on it :)

Message: You've got pics. Probably weighs around 3300 lbs, would make for an interesting and unusual street car. I'm not out to hide anything about this car. Although most of the front end parts are new or updated, it would benefit from one of those new close ratio steering boxes. Has 904 tranny (good) with a spare 727 to go with the car.

Message: Thankyou for the pics, it looks better than I thought.
I'll see what I can do about saving up some money, but in the meantime I will pass this along to my fellow MOPAR bretheren!

Message: I appoligize, first I wanted to know more about the car before I even thought about it. Either myself or one of my best friends would be interested in it that is why I asked about it.
I already own 3 trucks and 2 camaros, I would like to sell one of something before I jump on this. It's not everyday you see a great car like this for a descent price. So naturally I didn't have a few grand just laying around to just say "yeah I'll take it". But now that I know a little about it I will pass the word along for my fellow Dakota member.
And if possible, sell one of my vehicles to buy this gem.
