Alright I have both screws out and the crank sensor is ready to come out but its not just sliding out. I believe the rubber grommet is holding it in so I tried to pull that out. THat is also being a pain in the ass. It doesnt want to easily come out. Am I doing something wrong here????

Alright I got the damn thing out. As far as slotting the holes, which way are they slotted?
