I have found soooooooooo much dead end info on 3.9 turbo's . I want to buy a turbo set up as soon as possible for my turck. All i want to know is all the info i need. Or where i can buy one.. etc...
Any useful info. would help.
I have searched the posts already.

there are no kits, there are no bolt-ons... your gonna have to shell out a lot of money or do it yourself

got his set up from pep boys as well. Just have to have one of the larger pep boys stores in your town. They generally have turbo kits to fit any motor.

hey intense do you have any recomendations for building your own kit ? Can you take turbos from other vehicles and fit into the dak ? If so do you know of any that are better than others...
aswell intercoolers?

so i guess no one has come across anywhere that does turbo kits for 3.9's ~! ? this is mental ... I guess if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself.

you cant just take any turbo from any car... you kinda have to match the size of the turbo to the specifics of the motor such as size, rev, and internal parts.

no its not quite in... but the motor is all together now. I am just waiting on my motor mounts to come in and start working on those.
i just listed the mods down there because the V6 is just as uninstalled as the 400...

i havent really looked for any. If you find one and want to know how well it will work on your truck, go to www.turbonetics.com and tell them what you go and what kinda turbo you have. Those guys are very helpful... even though they are gonna try to sell you one of theirs.
