hey jerry,
first off, great lookin truck, its sounds bad a$$. i wanted to know which series of mufflers did you use, the "race" mufflers or the "sportsmans"? ive got an 01 R/T and im gettin that same system here pretty quick and i want to know which sounds the best.

01kotaRT......The guy before me has a R/T and
got the shorter mufflers and he said they were
too load. My single exhaust was actually
loader than my new set up. I looked at the
mufflers and they looked like they extended
the length by about four inches. I think the real
key to this set up is getting rid of the stock Y
pipe. Go to the GS Motorsports web site and
look at the Y pipe. The bends are all
squashed, looks very restrictive. I think the
longer mufflers are a happy compromise, we
really don't want the cops to hear us before
they can see us, do we?

jerry...good point man, gettin stopped by the cops is not a good thing. i loved the way the truck sounded on the video and im sure mine will sound the same, just deeper and maybe a little louder. thanks for the info and stay safe.

It's just Jerry's dyno sheet from GSMotorsports.com, but I am not far away from getting a system installed. My truck is at the body shop right now, and then it'll get "tubed" right after that. I've got a shop local to me that will mandrel bend ANYTHING you want. I can basically get a copy of the GSM system for the same price, and I dont' have to wait on shipping.
