my 93 dakota has a surge in it...it seems to get worse while cruising or going up hill like the gas or air is getting cut off .... the book says it might be the fuel pump or egr valve or fuel pressure regulator.... i already changed the fuel filter and belly pan gasket and tuned it up last year....any ideas..thanks
