Dont know about a kit but I got a buddy with a 383 stroker in his Dak. Really clean install

I'm not sure about a kit either.
I think you would find it easier to stick with a small block Chrysler. From the transmission to the motor mounts to the accessories, I bet you would be fighting to make everything work. I'm not going to bother condsidering emissions hoops you might have to jump through.
It would be cheaper to use a junkyard Magnum. The 3.9, 5.2 and 5.9 are all related so your accessories should mount up quite easily.
