With you mods and weight I would go with 410 gears. You will notice a great improvement in performance. (I'm assumming you have 355s now).

If you do a lot of city driving , you will probably not loose any MPG and will likely gain some.

The gears will likely compliment any future mods you make.

I went from 355s to 410s on my QC and have never had a second thought about doing it.

I have 4.56's in my R/T, makes a drastic improvement in performance. My city mpgs actually got about 1mpg better, but if you do most of your driving on the highway (over 70mph), you might want to got with 4.10's. I had 392's in the R/T and the 456's made a 300 to 400 rpm differance at any given speed. at 70 Im running 2700rpms now, before it was about 2300. But the take off from off idle or from the start is very noticable. Makes it fun to drive.
