Message: I have a 93 dakota w/318 and the oxygen sensor is located on the cross-over exhaust pie on the passenger side. If you open the hood and look dow on the passenger side you could probably see it. If you go in to get a new one they may ask if you have a 17 or 34" pigtail. On mine, I cant tell because the pigtail goes up between the tranny(auto) and the floorpan.

Message: Oh damn do I know this problem!! I would bet you dollars to doughnuts that your problem lies at the bottom of the distributor shaft. Namely the bushing that it rests on down inside the engine. What happens is it wears out and starts the distributor jumping while at a steady RPM causing the missfires. I had this exact problem with my 92 and it cost me $180 at the dealer to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go to the dealer and have them check it. Do not take this one to your local garage. Naturally Mopar makes a special tool just for the occasision.
