Subject: polish tb with spiral groves IP: Logged
Message: Alright all you performance guru's
has anyone after opening up the TB cut spiral groves into the frontal area to simulate turbulance for airflow kinda like that insert that goes in the airtube to spin the air comming in.
i know some TB spacers have these grooves cut in to them.
would this help to give better mixing of fuel?
any thoughts?

Message: lesseee...... you want to ALMOST induce turbulance not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 changes of direction before the fuel is mixed with said air and then wonder if it will change anything, not to mention that the air will "sit" in a plenum after number 1 change and before number 2 and thus at least for a moment in time, stop all movement.
