 Subject: best intake?

I want to put an after market intake on my 03 4.7L dakota. I was wondering which one everyone thinks is the best. K&N, Volant, Intense Performance, Airraid, 360, AEM, or home brew kits. I know that home brew is the for your money but are they getting the same performance as the K&N or the Z tube?
Only mods are Flowmaster delta flow 40's

I bought the Intense Performance for my '00 4X4 4.7L about a month ago, and am very happy with it so far. I don't have any experience with the others though. They could all be just as good.

I have a complete set of Power Slot Rotors and hawk pads I just took off my 2000 club cab 4x4.I sold the truck and the old man wanted it cheap as possible so I took off all I could.The rotors and pads are in excellent shape about 10,000 miles on them.

I have had a K&N intake on my 01 4.7 4x4 for about 8 months and am very happy with it. I dont know exactly what the power gains were, however i could tell a difference in performance once it was installed. Also, I know that the K&N is probably one of the most expensive ones.

I just bought a 360 and if I had it to do over again I would buy an Intese Performance Z tube.
I saw a Z tube and an air raid for sale on the group buy forum by another member.
You might check that out and get a good deal.

Yeah I think the Z tube by IP is awesome. Expensive but awesome. JAGGY how is your 360 intake? I think that looks pretty good and I like the heat shield.
