Message: Mopar PCM without a doubt! I've heard of a few guys on this board with problems of compatibility with the hypertech unit. I haven't heard good or bad about the superchips, so you'd be going into a uncertain situation. The mopar is tested and many are extremely happy with the performance results.

Message: Todd,
You should call Marty at KRC Performance and ask him. I just tried to buy onw for my 2000 R/T that was hit with the Death Flash. He was unable to load my VIN in it and said that for my particular model, make and year, they did not make a Mopar PCM.
So I am now going with a SuperChips to bring back what the death flash took away. If I am still un satisfied, I will go with a custom flash.
I went with the Superchips because I picked it up from john@southeastrt.com for $288.58 and that included shipping. A custom flash is around $400.00
