Message: If I recall correctly Mopar performance used to stock a header for the pre mag dakota. There might be some around as it was not a very hot item.Might have been for a V-8 Shelby.Check all the header manufacturers.Hope this helps.

Message: i have the edlebrock T.E.S header and y pipe set up on my 318. its a very well thought out design and was easy to install. be careful of other shorty headers that dont fit around the brake boost

Message: I know that the Thorley headers fit the 318 perfectly. Not sure if they will fit with the other mechanics of the truck, you might want to check it out. The only modification i had to make to get these to fit was with the transmission fluid dipstick. I has to order a part which raised and bent the dipstick toward the block. These are the best headers you can get for a stock 318. Quite pricey and hard to find. Took me 4 months to get them. These headers with the powder coating = $700 shipped

Message: I think the block was the same if so all you need are a set of exhaust manifolds from a 92-93 mag motor the flow similar to the headers but only those years.
BTW you can easily get Thorlies from any dealer, MOPAR headers are made by thorly
