Who would probably win between a 1995 Trans Am and a 2001 Dodge Dakota R/T? Both stock. I know the Trans Am has about 25 more hp, but the dakota has about 50 more torque, but the Dakota is about 500 more lbs heavier.

i have a 99 r/t that has intake and exaust reg cab and beat a 94 trans am with flowmaster and intake. if u have an extended cab u will proly lose.

The truck is geared to be a truck, so i would say the T/A
has a lot more of a chance of winning. I have a 2001 WS6
trans-am also with a 6spd.....there is no way in a dreaming
chance i can make my dakota faster than it.....its 0-60 is
about 5.0 secs

i'm with ya on that one. My Cobra does 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. No way that my Dak will hang until my supercharger is on there.

I raced a 96 Z28 convert. with my 00 RC RT with intake and flowmaster and took him bad off the line then he caught up with me and I was at his rear tire at 110. His was all stock and an automatic.

hey marquis and dak13 he asked about a 95 trans am not a 2001 ws6 or a cobra supercharged u dumb asses. a 95 stock trans am will barely run in the 14s.
