could someone please do me a favor and measure there 2wd drive axle for a reg cab 5.2L manual truck, if anyone has one, it would be greatly appreciated, and if you do, measure from the very end of shaft in the beginning to the very end in back thanx, i need to know how long one is and dont know where to look it up or now anyone with one, thanx alot and let me know, also im in the detroit area if anyone has one close ill measure it for you....

What year truck and what rearend? I just measured mine because I am having custom axles made. But my truck was 3.9L with 8.25 rear end. Just let me know or email me

im not sure what rear end, but i have 3.92 ratio, and its a 97, and i believe the manual is differnt length than the auto to as long as you have the auto and its after 97, i would imagine it would be the same, thanx and let me know, im sure its the 8.25 rear, whatever stock was

Will a 99 81/4 carrier and axles fit in a 93 dakota? the 93 has 27 splines and the 99 has 29, are the axles the same length?
