Message: Is it possible to access the OBD-II and tweak out a little more performance? I have a '97 Dakota with a sealed OBD-II unit and was wondering if I could plug up a scanner into the OBD-II interface and do a little tweaking. If anyone has tried this, your input would be greatly appreciated.
