ahh...another cherry to break.
go to the delphi dakota r/t forum.
most common mods are
mopar pcm
kn gen2 cold air intake
mopar m1 2bbl intake
mopar headers
3" or 3.5" single or 2.5" dual exhaust.
spintek or mbrp mufflers sound good.
4.56 gears are becoming popular.
if you're wanting more power there are r/t heads.
variety of cams..
i would'nt buy anything til you know how far you want to go and then check out how it's worked for others.
for instance mopar headers do great...but now there are r/t headers out...dynos forthcoming..
maybe hedman headers soon..
you could do heads and cam but you need to match them well for your app.
if you're going nitrous or supercharged or just want to be a little faster there are different mod paths for each for best results.
learn up.

Throttle body.
Flowmetrics Billet 50 or 52mm.
Fastman 52 mm.
