I believe they will. I just got some 20's with P275/45/20's GY tires on my 2k dakota sport this weekend and they fit fine. The front tires were hitting the plastic on the inside of the fenders when I turned, but I used a heat gun to push in the plastic and solved that problem.

I'm 21 and I have 98 dakota with 20s on it and it has a 4/6 drop. The tire size i'm running is a 255/35ZR20. It rubs a little over bumps, but if you want to put 275/45/20 on a 4x4, you should have no problem. If your going to run that size, you should look into getting the goodyear's for it. Their really cheap. Last I looked they were about 150 dollers a tire. Also 20inch tires have a big mark up on them, so you can have the tire shop deal with you on a good price. Mine retail for about $320 a tire and I got them for $250. I know this because I work in a tire shop. 20s look gooood on dakota's

Guys, as soon as I get a picture of my truck with 20's, I'll post it for you to see it. I'll probably have to do a 2/4 inch drop because some of my friends say it looks like and off-road truck because the tires come out a little. But I like it.
Oh, and Justin: I don't do fiberoptics.
