I bougth my 99 R/T CC used and it has a TB spacer on it alognw iht other things.. I ahve heard the TB spacer is USELESS?? if so would anyone recomend I take it off!? or would that even make a diff anyone know from personal experments??? its a fastmans tb spacer or wtf e ver it is called it's RED!

It is probably a poweraid spacer if it's red. Yeah, I would take it off since you have the 360. The majority believes it doesn't help at all on this engine: some think it helps on the 4.7, but this is two totally different intake designs. Just my opinion.
