i had an experience last friday at the drags he jumped the light he was like 1 1/2 lengths at the light. by the end of the quarter he was 1.6 sec slower i have to say the hemi for the nastalgia is o.k. but i was not impressed by its 15.6 sec run. any r/t owner without a bottle should smoke them especially at the big end, off the line the torque will prevail but its a long way till the end of the quarter so dont let the light to light race scare ya. by the way the second race wasnt so bad he only lost by 1.4 sec

I had no trouble beating my buds hemi. his is a RC, 3.92 geared hemi with a couple of bolt ons. I have nothing more than a 97, 318, RC, 3.92 geared, few bolt ons. I posted an update on it but I don't think that anyone believed me due to no responses.

ive seen personally hemi rc run 14.5 at the track.they are fast trucks,you got to think,"thats only 40 less than the lightning".
oh by the way killed another silverado ss the other night...
