I took mine off, Noticed no improvement, not sure if computer has to learn this but dosent help as of now. Temps are about the same, called several auto parts stores for the 180 T-stat no one has it and they are telling me that it will screw up the whole Emissions sytem cause everything is set at the stock T-stat temps

Well, I don't know about everyone else, but I wouldn't believe a damn thing any monkey at an auto parts store told me. I'm sure there are good people working at some places, but I have yet to find them.
Anyway, the 180* tstat will increase emissions slightly, but will not "screw up the whole emissions system." Get one from muscletrucks.net. Good guys.

Just go to autozone and get the robert shaw 180 thermostat. The part number is gt755-180

I went to autozone and they told me they cant ever order that T-stat anymore, My temps are now at the halfway mark when they were allways just a 1/4 mark before so i might have to put fan back on. I sent muscletrucks and email waiting to hear back, thanks for help
