Message: Just get it as tight as possible,, but not so tight it will break..
I get 8 to 9 psi out of my 9# pully with alittle slippage.

Message: what i did on mine was, get a pair of channel lock pliers, put the lower jaw under the upper mount bolt, then put the upper jaw on the top of the adjustment bracket. then, grip the two and gentley rock forward moving the adjustment down. be carefull not to over tighten the belt or scratch up the brackets.
this may take a friend to tighten the bolts while you do a little jockeying to get the channel locks in place and under the belt.
by the way, i don't have boost guage so i'm not sure what i'm actually getting. i'm running a 6# pulley.

Message: This is directly from powerdyne.
"Heres what you do. Locate the long side of the belt that has no tensioner(non
tensioning side). Then take your index finger and you thumb and twist. If it
twists over 180 degrees then its too loose. If it twists less than 180 degrees
then its too tight. You want 180."
