Message: i have never tried the jet stage 2 or do i know anyone that has tried it, plus my experiences are with a V-8 and not a four banger. The Jet stage 2 requires a 180 degree thermostat, high flow exause and a high flow intake, more than just a K&N filter. and dont forget with the chip you HAVE TO run 93 octane. which is normal for a performance chip or programmer.
With the 3 mods that i have listed, and the chip you should notice a decent difference with it.
Your computer should be on the passenger side fender under the hood, there is three plugs going into it, on my truck its between the air filter box and the fender. i dont know if the 4 banger is any different.
For you i would suggest going with the hypertech power programmer III, you would be alot happier with it because you get options to choose from. not just a plug and play chip like the jet chip. check it out at www.hypertech.com

Message: i didn't see a hypertech thing for the 2.5l, plus i plan on doing those mods, exhaust and intake.
