Subject: IAT Sensor IP: Logged
Message: Should I move the IAT sensor to my intake? I have a 2001 4.7 4x4 with the k&n gen2 intake. My old truck, 2000 chevy s-10 with 2.2(very, very weak) had IAT on stock intake, and my gen.2 k&n i installed on that had a pre-drilled hole for it. So it seems that it makes sense to have in cooler air.

Message: That's probably the way Chevy designed the s-10. Relocate it on the Dakota, I saw a bit better throttle response.
