Message: ok, i am ordering a dak cc 4.7l 5-speed, what are a few things i can get to help the gas mileage. I am not loking fo rextreme mods that do hp gains, but just a few that do mpg gains. I was going to start out with K&N replacement filter and flowmaster, or some kinda of muffler and a tonneau cover, how much will those help, what else can i do thats not too expensive?
Message: All of those will help your gas milage, but I would go with either a K&N FIPK or an Intense Performance intake instead of just the drop in. You will see better gains. An MSD ignition will raise your milage up about 1-1.5 mpg. I sell all of this on my website check it out.
