I pulled a 15.6 last season with just a cat back and air intake so it was basically stock. I have a 2000 R/T CC. I have heard stock CC's are about a 15.6 up to a 16 and regular cab's are about a 15.2 to a 15.5 stock, all depends on driver and conditions.

Around here most of the stock or near stock CC R/T's I've seen run 15.40's-15.60's depending on the temp.
Back in '98 I watched my friends IB RC R/T run a 14.98@92 when it had about 2,000 miles on it- only things done was the stock air hat& box was removed and the tailgate was dropped.
