Message: Does anybody know if Gibson makes the Super Truck exhaust system for a Gen. 3? I can't find it anywhere and I just wanted to know if somebody was looking somewhere I wasn't. Also, during a regular driving season (all weather), how much longer will a stainless steel exhaust outlast an aluminized?

Message: has anyone installed a gibson cat-back exhaust on a jimmy or blazer with the vortec 4.3 and if so how much of a difference was noticed in performance and mileage? Also what does it sound like at highway speeds? My concern is I travel a lot and I've had aftermarket exhausts in the past
that really resonated at certain rpm's to the point that it wasn very annoying.
Any feedback would be much appreciated

Message: mys10.com is correct. Even though it says S10, there are a lot of Blazers and Sonomas around there.
Give the guy a break, this site is indexed really well by the search engines. He just saw the link related to what he was looking for, went straight to this topic and posted a question. It's not like he typed in dodgedakotas.com and looked for this topic.
If it relates to the topic, I couldn't give a rat's ass if he was a Yugo owner instead of a Dakota owner.
Think of it this way. By him coming to this site, he viewed the banner at the top of the page and also got a glimpse of the massive group on this site. In a way, these visitors help keep this site alive. It's traffic.
