Just talked to the guys at Muffler tech out here in Vancouver.
3" Custom bent Cat back straight out the back with all new hangers $300.00 CAN installed!! That's a little under $200.00 U.S.
Has anyone seen a single 3" out the back. I thought it would look good with a nice tip on it.
The muffler isn't a Gibson or well known brand but it has a life time warranty and is made up here in Canada. They say 10-15 hp gain with that Cat on the 4.7. The muffler is called a Flow pro.
Anyone see any problems with this set up or muffler?? Could always change just the muffler to Flowmaster for mabye an extra $50.00

I have checked Flo-Pro out on the net and every single person that has used them has atually preferred them over Flow Master.
I guess that settles it. Only question is how will a single 3" out the back look??

I had a single out the back of my Bronco and I think it would look better coming out the stock location. My flowmaster setup runs out the stock location with a 3 1/2" chrome tip about 18" long. It actually goes out at an angle, exits just foward of the passenger side of the rear bumper.

Thanks 95. Mabye I will go stock location then. I can see duals looking good out the back but wasn't 100% on a single 3".

i saw a truck like that once and it looked kinda funny to me, it wasn't a dakota but it looked weird to me, if you put it out the side like factory it will look good, i had mine like that before i got duals out the back
