I have a 2002 4.7L QC Dak. Thinking about installing a shift kit on my tranny. Will it void my warranty? Any input I will appreciate.

if your gonna put a shift kit in a 45rfe, where did you get the kit from, or do you have one yet? any info you have on this will be greatly appreciated. it will not void your warranty unless the aftermarket parts, or installer, is the cause of the breakdown or warranty repair.

Hi slow2dak,
I have not bought the shift kit yet. I was going to go with the transgo, but im not sure if it is for my tranny. Do you know the best place to purchase one and also which one is the best? Thanks.

as far as i now, no company has produced a shift kit for the 45rfe yet. i heard a few things from trans-go but i dont think the kit is going to be released this year or not. if you hear anything email me back or just post on here.
