The R/T is a nice ride. Look for a '98 or '99. The computer is friendlier for programming and it's got a better exhaust setup.

My opinion, the newer the better unless you knew who owned it. It could have been beat, raced, nitroused.......who knows what. Mods can always be made and if not in the plans, newer ones will still have warranty left. My thoughts...
