dont know if it should count as a victory. but late friday night i raced my good friend in his new 2002 trans am (auto). he gave me 1 car length, and i stayed 1/2 a car ahead of him all the way down. we get done with the race and he says 'dude, i didnt go hard because i saw a sh*tload of sparks coming out of your wheel'...so like a smartass i come back with 'are you sure it wasnt just my taillights??'...well, i checked my rotors/pads, they are aging, but aging well. not near change time, and not even close to sparking. what the hell...sore loser?? who knows. all i do know is that it was fun, and had a harley-davidson f150 begging me to race...dont laugh at those things man, they are pretty fast. dont know if the blower is factory on that hoss, but either way he was spanking it up friday night!!

Yeah the Harley's all have the blower from the factory. Some dudes jackup the pullies to up the boost on em so watch out.

I raced a 2001 TA. I got a serious spanking. I may have well raced him in reverse because that what it seemed like when he went past me. He put at least 4 car lengths on me. the only "sports cars" I can beat are the newer Mustangs, they are weak but I have never raced a Cobra.
M1 intake goes on this summer. hope it helps.

cobras will tear most of our butts apart. yikes they are fast. we raced up to about 95-100, it was insanely foggy out, probably shouldnt have even been racing, but there were a lot of people out. im glad we stopped when we did...he was starting to pull on me, but ill never tell him that :)

Cobra Mustangs will definately smoke an R/T stock for stock. Not even close. That's just another unfair comparison. Same goes for the Trans Am, because the automatics are low 14 second cars. Good kill tho afi360.(sorta)

ohhhh sh!t...upon CLOSER INSPECTION (actually pulling the pads/rotors/calipers apart) after hearing a horrible grinding noise while braking,i see that i am right on the rivet heads on the friggin brake pads. i need brakes FAST and i would like them CHEAP. any suggestions would be immensly appreciated!!
