For those interested in the performance gains of the Paxton Novi-1000's on the 4.7's.
The truck is a '00 SLT Regular Cab 4.7/5-spd/3:92
Everything on the truck is stock, except for home-ported 65MM TB, and a single in single out flowmaster.
Before the NOVI numbers:
201RWHP
273RWTQ
After the NOVI numbers:
304RWHP
351RWTQ
Figuring a 15% drivetrain loss, this is 350HP at the crank. That's better than 25HP more than the kit is advertised. The torque is also more than advertised, but their numbers were from an automatic Durango.
This is strictly bolting on and going. There has been no tuning performed. There is definitely more HP lurking about, just a pulley and some tuning away. Shouldn't be too hard to hit 350RWHP and 400RWTQ with some minor changes.

dude thats bad arsh now i want to trade in the 97 5.2 5speed and get a 4.7, i imagine with high output cams the gains would be tremendous, maybe i will this summer, hehe, great numbers dude!

Warranty was up for me in January.
Mpg...Don't know, but it looks about the same. Still working on my first tank.
Engine-life???? We'll see... ;)

What a great mod! Too bad the air filter is where it's at.
But then again, I don't think the air cleaner location will make much difference, with the supercharger!
I'd love to get one in my 4.7 Quad, family sedan!

I'm getting a kenne bell for my 4.7 in a couple weeks. I;m gunna get it dynoed before and after, i"ll post the numbers so we can compare. Those number look really nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mines an auto, quad cab.
