Message: i just switched out my factory coil for a blaster ss this weekend. i relocated the coil to the battery tray (i have an optima, so i have extra room, you may need to mount elsewhere)..the green w/ orange stripe is positive, the black with gray stripe is negative...this is on a 99 r/t yours may vary.

Message: Don't install a new throttle cable, just switch the linkages of the TBs. Much easier and cheaper.

Message: I switched the cable on mine. I found it a lot easier to swap than what others have described.

Message: Dread,
I swapped mine in under ten minutes, literally. After you undo the cable from the gas pedal, tie a sturdy piece of string or twine around it and then pull the cable out from the engine side. I had no problem popping the old one out and using the string to feed the new one back through. Then you just get you hands down on the clip and push like an SOB. It snaps into place and your done. I'm a big guy with big hands and if I can get my hands down in there to pop the fitting in then anybody can. Just my 2 cents.
