 Subject: Silly Question about PCM flashes

If you go throught the reset process (disconnecting neg battery terminal and hold key at start for 20 seconds) on your PCM, this doesnt affect a custom flash does it ?

No. Resetting the pcm basically puts the long and short term fuel trims (these change as the pcm 'learns' your driving pattern) back to their factory settings.
