does anyone out there have a nos kit they bought? I ask cuz I want to buy one asap but dont know who sells one I dont want to make one out of another kit I want a kit made for a dakota.

Talk to John Stewart at Nitrous Warehouse. He carried the NX Kits specifically for the Dakotas...and he's also one of the originators for the NX kit as well.
It's the choice for quite a few Dakotas (R/T's included).
Ran one myself and loved it all the way up to the 100HP shot. (You'll need a decent timing retard with the 100+HP Shot though.)
