 Subject: cold air intake

Anyone see that air filter that APC sells that looks like an intercooler? I was just thinking if you could mount something like that or even a K&N filter say in front of the radiator, or behind the lower valance and than pipe it to the TB you would get more cold air cause it would move the air filter out from under the hood??? opinions??
