can anyone tell me how to adjust my fuel pressure on my 1999 5.2 liter dodge? i am running a 150 shot and want to up the fuel intake, thank yoiu

You wont be able to adjust the pressure without modifying the fuel sys. The pump on these trucks has the strainer, filter and regulator all in one. There is no return line to the tank so, if you add an aftermarket high perf pump and filter set up you will have to modify the fuel rail to have a return hose, then run it back to the tank through the rollover valve. Holly has a pump that you can put in line with the factory, but I believe you must hang it inside the tank. not sure how that is accomplished though. Only a handfull of the people on her have tried this.

The 5.2's and 5.9's have a fuel regulator thats around 45psi that can handle over 500hp...I swapped out the pump w/ a high flow pump and seemed to help.

what did you do to swap out the fuel pumps? What type of pump did you put in, and did you have to put in a return line. I am interested in diong this myself. How hard was it?

Well I had a Dodge guy that does performance work on R/T's here in Dallas do it and he said the one that I had (Walbro) was a pain in the ass to get it to fit...had to do some cutting to make it fit right.
Still no return line wish I had one tho.
