Dunno what year Dak you have, but if you have an O2 sensor after the cat than you just can't "take it out."

Take a look at http://stores.yahoo.com/exhaustpros/carunconwita.html (you'd want the 2.5" IN/OUT - 94004). I just put one on my 99 5.2. Sweet.

High-Flow Cat: CarSound P/N# 94006 (2.5" IN/OUT)

I've removed the cat on my '97 as a test and found no HP increase on the Dyno...I did, however, find that more people were looking at me due to the obnoxiously loud exhaust tone (without the cat). I replaced the test-pipe with the CarSound and it's louder than the stock cat but not as obnoxious under WOT as without the cat.

Oh man, I screwed up - 94006 is the part number. 94004 is the 2" IN/OUT.

Sorry.
