hey guys..just wondering, how many of you are in the 12's/low 13's and at what cost?? which parts did you use?? who did/does your work?? street tires or slicks?? basically, im just looking for ideas on how to get into the 12's, hopefully can expand on your ideas...

Don't know about low or even mid 13's, but I will be happy if my next trip to the track gets me in the high 13's. Should be at the track in 2 weeks...Hopefully the weather will be in the 60's like it's been this week.
With warmer weather, slicks, and optimal conditions....Maybe mid 13's

How's 11.50's....97 Dak with Carburated 408 (just finished), stage 2 R/T heads, hughes cam, M-1, MSD, Diamond Racing rotating assembly, crower rockers,super comp headers 3inch exhaust, 4000 stall, 727 tranny, 3.91 gears, full cage, Got tired of waiting for a computer to come out! I'm in the houston area, always looking for local Dak guys, to meet at Raceway park, love to beat up on lightings, mustang, camaro's. I have lots of info on upgrades. Completing Nos install hoping to go 10's!!

How's 12.7@107, 2.2 60' on street tires with a
75 horse dry shot. Oh wait, that's my beat to
hell '88 LX 5.0. I probably have less than 5
grand in the entire car. I'm hoping for 11's this
next summer with the 150 horse nozzle.
Summer beaters are where it's at, I can just
use my Quad for cruising.
