The model I have for sale places the filter inside the fender, with a plate to block off all engine compartment air from the fender opening. I guess he changed the design to place the fender inside the engine compartment after I bought mine. In light of the asking price for his current model, I'll let mine go for $100 plus shipping. Drop a line if interested.
