Subject: What, is KenneBell no good for a 4.7?

I was reading the post that viper6 put out, and was now wondering if the KB s/c is any good for my 4.7. I was looking at paxton but Marty at KRC said it would be good if you changed the heads in that motor if you go with the paxton s/c, (if you take into consideration that the heads are weak) regards "Marty F." from KRC Per. I dont know if he was thinking that I am gonna want more boost than 6psi from paxton or stay with the factory setup from paxton (6psi). I was told from many people that your motor will do just fine with 6psi, but it would help if you had a inercooler or water injectors from KB. j from Cal. said that he is happy with his KB setup but does have some pinging, he is'nt running a water injector setup yet, and to think that he lives in CA. were the heat index is up their, that would be the cause. I live in NC. the heat in the summer is'nt so bad 90-95 highs. So, what are some of you guys thinking would be good for my truck. I want to go with a s/c because that is all that I have always wanted so it has to either be KB or paxton because they are the only ones out there that make a s/c for a 4.7.

Thanx,

Justin
