15.5@89 stock,2000 4.7L ex cab SLT, auto. havent run in awhile, gettin cams and 3.92's put in for the summer. best 60' was 2.034, 1/8 mile was 9.7

3.92 was an option. I got 3.92's in my 2000 4x4 5 speed 4.7.

See Waltherone's time sounds more like a time for a stock 4.7...trust me 3.92 gears didn't help him by almost a second. Sounds like he's got more mods than just exhaust.

14.8 was run with a flowmaster muffler...
spare tire removed, jack taken out, and 93Octane gas...
I have a regular cab, which already weighs a good bit less than a club cab, also ditching the other goods helped out.

My best time is only 15.7@88MPH, but that was on the second run of my life, I think I was sand bagging it too much off the line and I should've shifted into 4th@80MPH. I haven't had a chance to try again :(

There are plenty on these boards who have run the same times with the same combo....
Regular cab 4.7 5-spd 3:92's
The 14.8 was my best time. The air was good that night, track was sticky, and humidity was low.
The truck with 2.1 60ft'ers runs 14.9-15.1's depending on spin on shifts, shift rpm, and launch rpm's
We'll see in a couple of weeks what it does blown...Traction in cold weather out at the track is almost non existant though... I hope the thing will be in the 13's.

Where did you get your Welds from QuikRT???
I was told they don't make them in the 6 on 4.
Prime makes a similar looking wheel, but I have been told by several sources they aren't made for the Daks bolt pattern.

15.5@ 87 with 2.35 60' on cold wet track. Dead stock 2003 CC 4.7 5 speed, 3.92 gears. I didn't even take the tailgate off or remove spare. Had 1350km on it. I bet around 15.0 with traction .35 in the 60 will help close to .5 in the 1/4. Tires are too big on the 2003 cause I could run 3rd through the traps.

I feel slow now! I sold my NX kit that had me in the 12's. Where are you at as far as altitude? That plays a big part. I'm in south Louisiana where we are at sea level.

Either you are taking a break somewhere down the track or the numbers are made up.
You might get a 11.84 @ 128.3mph if you have about a full 3 second 60' time..... or you might get an 11.84 @ 113mph with that 1.4 60' time - but the combo of incrementals/speeds is all wrong and I'm not buying it. Please post up the rest of the incrementals on this timeslip.
We won't even get into the whole math part of the equation......
