I see riceburners all the time around my town. Back when I was into the street races, everytime I tried to race these punks, either they wouldn't go for it, or they rocked my Dakota. I was just coming back from my friend's house (it was around 11:30pm) and this white Civic rolls up next to me at a red light, and revs his engine (I guess he saw the "S&B High Flow Power" and flaming skull stickers on my back window). I looked ahead, and the road was EMPTY and most of the rain was dried up. So I said, "what the hell" and revved back. We took off and it took about 3/4s of the 1/4 mile race, but I finally pulled ahead of him and beat him. Then we raced again down the same empty stretch of road and I beat him even better that time. From the sound of the Civic, it sounded like he had some nice work done to it, even though it still had the stock spoiler and rims. My truck's a stock V6 with only an Intense Performance intake. Man, that felt good to finally beat one of these riceboys...

Fuk NOS, it doesn't need that to beat a lighly modified Dakota -- it's a damn sportscar, lol. I'm sorry, but you really didn't have a chance. I hate it when they play with you.

R/t's have 5.9 litre :) even though I am extremely pissed off about how my R/t Runs... I shouldda got a new one but this one had got repoed so i jumoed in it...

I've only got a V6...
To beat an import with an R/T is nice...
But with a V6, that made me feel good!:)
My V6 feels like it runs faster than it should, tho... I got it used, maybe the guy that owned it before did some mods that I am not aware of. All I did to it was add an Intense Performance 7" Powerstack, and relocated the IAT sensor. About to add a 180 t-stat too!
