Message: I put in the 3923 with 27,500 miles and and saw an improvement in starting and throttle response at part throttle but, now that it's winter, they seem to be slightly worse when I first start the engine and before it's warmed up for a couple of minutes. Not bad for 69 cents/plug (after 30 cent/plug rebate good until 12/31/02) but, if I have to change the plug too often, I may switch to iridmium plugs or bosch platinum +4s because, it certainly isn't a cake walk to change the plugs.

Message: I run the bosch platinum 4's in mine. The truck seems to like these better then the autolites for some reason. Guess every trucks a little different. I have the 3.9 though.
