I have just purchased a new Dakota 3.9 Standard Cab and was interested in getting an exhaust. Since I don't know much about truck performance parts, I was wondering what you all would recommend. I would like dual pipes coming out the back, but other than that I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.

I have the Gibson Pro Performance Dual Exhaust. I got it from Summit Racing for $289.00, it sounds great and gives a nice boost of power.

the Gibson system is NOT aluminum it is steel coated with aluminum to make it last for about 18 months in the rust belt. I had one here in Toledo and that is all the longer it lasted till it rusted out. Made my own custom system from stainless for about the same money. If they use salt in the winter in your area, it too shall fail.
