I don't think you can stroke a 318 to a 408. If you build your own 408, I'd say about 7 to 8 grand when it's all said and done.

408 is a stroked 360 not a 318 you can buy a already built 408 for about 4,000 from Fastman and he can hook you up with the computer work also. Not a whole lot available for a Magnum 318..have it rebuilt with beefier bottom end and ported heads and run a supercharger or nitrous..but still after all is said and done it would cost about the same as a 408. If you want to go fast trade it in and get a SRT-4....it takes a supercharged 408 to beat one of those little boogers...zoom..zoom

Yea thats what i want to do...buy a built 408 from KRC or such....im jst wondering how much it would cost and if it would work with my 5spd tranny and everything
