Common gains are lighter wallet, and an extra set of stock pulleys in the garage. You won't notice any gains to justify the cost. They are for the person who has done everything else and is just looking for those last few h/p to max out his performance. You might see 5hp increase which is un-noticable in everyday driving and undetectable on a dyno because it can fluctuate that much with back to back runs with no changes.

True you may not notice 5 HP, but you will notice a extra mpg.
